CE regulations concerns all economical actors at the internal market of EU/EEA.

The Manufacturer, Importer and Distributor.

All economical actors have their own responsibilities to ensure that only products that comply with the regulations is placed on the market.

In the EU member states the authorities do market surveillance to control that the requirements are fulfilled.
